Laura, Drew and of course Tux were a joy to shoot this August evening! Even more wonderful and patient friends/models from a truly wonderful place, it was great to catch up with them again and enjoy the best sunshine of the day. 

Great old friends from a wonderful place, Emily and Toui were ecstatic to welcome Xobliam Evan into the family late this spring. He was impressively patient with the adult’s shenanigans this August afternoon as we enjoyed the riverside in Columbia Heights. 

Brooke is, as always, a beautiful model and all too willing to indulge my crazier ideas. At the crack of dawn, we crept into the weedy section of the lake to enjoy the best light of the day- the light I usually sleep through. It was chilly, and the fish were curious, but again the product was worth the wake up time!

Special thanks to the very patient again-redhead Hallie for letting me parade her through the Lake Harriet area gardens yesterday. I had a blast, and I’m so very excited by how these turned out.

As always, there’s nothing quite like a man in uniform. A recent recruit and graduate of Great Lakes Naval, Alex looks and feels quite suave in his Navy Dress Blues. Happy new year, all!
